SERVICE OVERVIEW

We’re your one source to plan and manage your office workspace design, move management, reconfiguration, decommission and furniture projects.

SPACE PLANNING & DESIGN

Space planning and design is a critical part of the transition move process. It is driven by and drives many facets of how your employees will productively and joyfully work and gather. Likewise, it captures your company’s desired look, function, flow, and feel for the entire work environment from the meeting places and social hangout spots to the technology placement and decor. We work with you, your team, and the architect (yours or ours) as we perform the following (but not limited to):
  • Determine your workspace
  • Goals (i.e. work style, security, privacy, etc.)
  • Priorities
  • Allocations
  • Devise your furniture and space finish selections & specifications
  • Develop the Site Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment Configuration Plan
  • Design for flexibility capabilities for future space needs, if required
  • Involvement with renovation and build-out
  • Involvement with furniture and artwork processes
Space Plan

MOVE MANAGEMENT

Undertaking a company move or change within the same space can be filled with obstacles, headaches, and stress on the entire company top to bottom, while impacting productivity and morale. The amount of planning, decision-making and execution needed, especially if it is a one-time, DIY internal project will increase downtime, cost more, and leave many tasks and items unknowingly missed.

We take on the heavy lifting (no pun intended) and significantly reduce everyone’s headache.  Our Project Managers have been doing “what we do” and loving it for over 25 years.

Move Management Capabilities:

  • Moves, Adds, Changes (MACs)
  • Restacks
  • Reconfigurations

It is that deep experience that shapes our Move Management Process, as generally listed below:

  • Review all Move Coordination tasks and requirements with Client
  • Create Contents, Furniture, Fixture and Equipment Move Plan and schedule
  • Devise and review budget with Client
  • Develop Space Design Plan, if needed
  • Devise Furniture Plan utilizing the Asset Decommission Plan, if needed
  • Coordinate with IT and other trade required service providers
  • Coordinate packing and moving services
  • Execute Move(s)
  • Provide Post-Move Report

DECOMMISSION

Our Project Managers rely on their tremendous experience across many disciplines as they execute our tried & tested processes to manage all aspects of your decommission  We devise, coordinate and manage all phases to decommission your company assets in order to free the space so the Space Return plan can be executed.

Following that plan, we involve the right people and partners to return the space back to its original leased, broom swept condition or to your company’s own requirements.

We help to maximize your ROI by enabling you to reuse and redeploy your existing assets as a first option before needing to procure anything new. As a single resource for all your Asset Management needs, we work with your Facilities Management decision-maker to cost-effectively plan and implement any desired and required change in your workplace.

FURNITURE SERVICES

Procurement

We work with our new, used, refurbished, and leasing furniture partners to provide you with a multitude of choices from all major lines.  You will have your choice of styles, inspirations, and materials to help you maximize workspace efficiency as well as the aesthetics in everything from conference rooms to reception areas.

Our Design Team will guide you through the color palettes, fabrics, materials and furniture functions to create the desired work and social environment for your company.

Assembly & Installation

We provide experienced union and non-union labor to perform office furniture delivery, receipt, dis-assembly, assembly, and installation nation-wide.

Our team works hand-in-hand with the Project Manager to install, restack, and reconfigure your new, pre-owned, and current furniture, equipment and fixtures.  As they assemble and install, they follow our in-house developed and client approved space and configuration plans to create your desired work environment.

Our experienced team of installers utilize their extensive knowledge and skill to provide professional assembly and installation of:

  • Systems Furniture
  • Case Goods
  • Storage Rack systems
  • Filing Systems
  • Dry Erase Boards
  • Televisions & Monitors
  • Accessories (e.g., wall mounts, monitor arms)
  • Artwork

Refurbishment & Repair

We can revitalize your existing panel systems, seating and other furniture.  You “Go Green” and save money as we bring your assets back to a brand new condition.  We offer reupholstering, component piece and part replacement, repairs, and touch-ups for commercial grade lines.

Surplus Handling

During a relocation or decommission project, our clients will often have surplus furniture, fixtures, equipment (FFE), and just a bunch of stuff that needs to go somewhere…… except to the new office.  What to do?  Frankly, it’s one of the most forgotten and time-intensive tasks in a project.

Don’t worry, we have you 100% completely covered.  Part of our turnkey solution is to devise a complete FFE Surplus Handling Plan for you, that we will execute.  No need for a headache from wasting hours and company dollars trying to DIY it with multiple companies, especially when it’s a one-time only task for you.

  • Liquidate: Direct sell to our furniture liquidation partners
  • Donate: Charitable donation (We will donate our planning time for FREE)
  • Recycle: Environmentally Conscious Disposal
  • Dispose: Complete disposal of unusable product
